St. Petersburg first in Florida to use church land for affordable housing

For our May General Body Meeting, we are taking it outside, hosting a live, on-site experience at the first church in St. Pete implementing YIGBY (Yes In God’s Backyard).

Hosted at Palm Lake Christian Church by Pastor Oscar Banks, this isn’t a presentation, it’s a real-time case study. With 86 affordable housing units already in progress, attendees will get a firsthand look at how faith-based partnerships are turning vision into impact.
